Terms of Service

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms cover your use of BetterBnB: the website at betterbnb.in, the operator dashboard, the caretaker app, guest pages, the Chrome extension, and anything you buy from us (together, “the service”). By using the service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Accounts

Your data and your guests’ data

Connected services

You can connect BetterBnB to other services, such as Google Calendar, or use our Chrome extension on your Airbnb and MakeMyTrip/Goibibo host accounts. You must follow those services’ own terms. The extension only reads what those pages already show you; it does not act on those platforms for you. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make that stop an integration working.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

We may suspend an account that does any of these.

Plans and payments

Bookings between guests and operators

BetterBnB is software. When a guest books or pays an operator through a BetterBnB quote or pack page, the agreement is between the guest and the operator, not with us. The operator is responsible for the stay, its price, house rules, refunds and taxes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never have errors. Calendars and availability sent to other platforms can lag; check important bookings on each platform. We may change or retire features. If a change removes something you pay for, we tell you first.

Limits of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost bookings or lost profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. After closing, we delete your data as our Privacy Policy describes.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
